The system combines a prefabricated wall and ceiling structure with HEPA H14 filtration and an integrated monitoring controller that reports differential pressure, temperature, humidity and particle counts to the surgeon control panel every five seconds.
Hospital engineering teams have traditionally verified operating theatre cleanliness during commissioning and annual re-qualification, leaving long intervals in which a drifting pressure differential or a partially loaded filter can go unnoticed. The YN-OR-MON-A5 closes that gap by treating air quality as a live measurement rather than a compliance document. Each room is delivered with calibrated sensors, configurable alarm thresholds and a twelve-month exportable trend record, so any deviation is time-stamped and traceable.
The room is delivered as prefabricated modules that arrive ready for assembly, keeping on-site installation to three to five days and limiting downtime in an existing theatre department. The laminar flow area of 2.4 by 2.4 metres provides a unidirectional air pattern across the surgical table at 0.25 to 0.35 metres per second, and the PLC controller exposes BACnet and Modbus data so the room can be supervised from a central building management system.
