Pass box can be divided into three categories: electronic interlock transfer windows, mechanical interlock transfer windows, and self-cleaning transfer windows. Based on their working principle, they can also be classified into air shower transfer windows and ordinary transfer windows. The interlock mechanism within the transfer window is achieved mechanically; when one door is open, the other door cannot be opened. Therefore, the other door must be closed before the first door can be opened. In addition to this method, interlocks can also be implemented using integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc.
Instructions for Use:
1. From outside the barrier, open the outer door of the pass-through window, quickly place the items to be transferred inside, and use one of the most suitable and effective disinfection methods mentioned above. Close the outer door of the pass-through window, and reset the door opening button. If UV disinfection is required, the UV lamp and fan will turn on simultaneously;
2. After the specified time has elapsed, the relevant personnel inside the barrier will open the inner door of the pass-through window, quickly remove the items, and close the inner door of the pass-through window;
3. Reset the door opening button, and the pass-through window is ready for use.
Precautions:
1. The items being transferred must be guaranteed to be "sterile" within their packaging, or the packaging must not be opened within the barrier area; otherwise, entry is prohibited;
2. The transfer window is equipped with a locking device; opening both the inner and outer doors of the transfer window simultaneously is prohibited;
3. When transferring items, ensure that the items remain in the transfer window for the specified time to ensure effective disinfection;
4. The inner and outer surfaces of the transfer window should be cleaned and disinfected weekly by designated personnel. The airtightness of both windows and the operation of the ultraviolet lamp should be checked; any problems found should be resolved promptly.
